3. How do I order a custom rhinestone transfer?

Just email us your custom rhinestone transfer requirements and we will provide a digital proof of your rhinestone design along with a quote within 24 hours.

4. How do I wash my new rhinestone tee?
When our rhinestone transfers are applied correctly, your rhinestone apparel can withstand normal everyday wear and tear. However,we recommend that the shirt be turned inside out and machine washed on normal settings. Either hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat. Please do not dry clean.

A: Yes, our factory is in Dongguan City,China.

Q2. When can I receive the product after the invoice paid?
A: We can send you goods 3-5 work days after payment received. It will cost 4-6 working days for shipping via DHL Express.We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before shipping.

Q3.What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q4. Can the color or size be changed?
A: Yes, of course! Please feel free to leave us message of what color or size you need. The arwork or mock up will be sent as soon as we can. It usually cost 12 hours when working days.
